This page explains how ProwebX handles project inquiries and optional website analytics on this site.

Project inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide — including your name, work email, mobile number and project details — so we can review the request and follow up about next steps. Optional business context helps us understand the project. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.

Inquiries are stored in the lead system and reviewed by authorized team members. Internal notes and status changes support follow-up. Your mobile number is used for inquiry-related contact only. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is off by default. You can accept it, reject it, change it later or withdraw it at any time. Necessary form submission and security features always work and do not depend on optional analytics consent.

When enabled, analytics may record event names and page paths. It does not send your name, email, company, message or other inquiry form fields.

Your choice is saved in this browser so it can persist across visits on the same device. Change or withdraw it with Manage preferences.

Attribution with inquiries

Page paths and campaign labels may accompany an inquiry you choose to submit. Browser session storage keeps first and last campaign context for the current browsing session. Cross-device attribution is not available. Inquiry storage is separate from optional analytics.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry data for the period needed to evaluate and follow up on the request. Use the project contact form to ask about retention or to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information. Avoid resending sensitive data.
